Plasmogen’s rigid tubes and desiccant caps create an ideal package for effervescent tablets. The packaging effectively protects products from breakage and moisture degradation and supporting shelf-life. By using a combination of different thermoplastic polymers, our tubes and caps create a tight seal between cap and tube to protect tablets from moisture ingress. The decoration option of these tubes are labelling and printing.
Our company produces HDPE, PP and PET jars for packing of Vitamins, Food Supplements, Pharmaceuticals and moisture-sensitive oral formulations such as capsules and tablets, as well as continuous thread caps with embedded desiccant silica-gel canisters to suit your moisture-barrier requirements. We produce jars in sizes ranging from 45 ml up to 5000 ml. All jars are made of raw materials that are approved for food contact.
